The Bzikot family are Polish emigrants whom arrived in Puligny just before World War II with nothing but their clothes on. From those very humble beginnings working in various domaines of Burgundy, this family has managed to acquire an impressive domaine of 4ha of some of the best vineyards in the village of PulignyMontrachet. With minimal intervention in the vineyards and cellar, Sylvain Bzikot produces wines that are at one ripe and rich, yet elegant and stars of the region.
