ZOTO Pinot Noir - ZOTO, blended from our softer, less structured barrels, is a 100% Zotovich Estate Pinot Noir. ZOTO is intended as an introduction to the Pinot Noirs Zotovich Estate produces and as a preview to the soft richness the main Estate wines will evolve into with cellar time. It has a powerful nose of dark cherry, cola berry and rose petal, with notes of hibiscus tea, white pepper, vanilla and leather. Our signature bright acidity lifts the fruit and spice notes and carries them through a long, long finish framed with perfectly balanced, ripe tannins.
