The Ros? is made from the limestone rich soils of a single vineyard, planted solely with Pinot Noir. It is incredibly delicate with a core of strawberry fruit that supports the intensity of the minerals that surround it. It should be enjoyed cold and can be served as an aperitif or pair with your favourite seafood dishes.
